Do you take walk-ins?
We do, when our book allows it — but we recommend booking in advance so we can prepare your suite and assign the right specialist.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your booking. Inside 12 hours, 50% of the service fee is held; no-shows are charged in full.
Do you do home services or bridal travel?
Yes — for bridal parties and select VIP clients. Reach out to bridal@auriellesalon.com for the travel sheet.
Can I gift an Aurielle session?
Of course. We offer paper and digital gift cards in any amount. Drop us a line and we'll send one over today.
Are children welcome?
Yes — we love a quiet first-haircut moment. For services on children under 12, please call ahead.
